The newly launched online B.A. Criminal Justice & Criminology provides students with a comprehensive understanding of crime, criminal behavior and the systems designed to prevent, investigate, and respond to crime. Designed to be accessible and flexible for students and working professionals, this program is delivered 100% online, providing the same rigorous curriculum and faculty expertise as the on-campus degree while allowing students to complete coursework from anywhere. 

Current UNC Charlotte Students Who Want To Change to the Charlotte Online B.A. In Criminal Justice & Criminology

Current UNC Charlotte students should complete the Google form below to request a program change to the Charlotte Online B.A. in Criminal Justice & Criminology. Before filling out the form, please take some time to review the Information about the program page.

In addition, please review the Charlotte Online FAQ document so that you have a full understanding of the financial and organizational implications of pursuing an online degree.

Finally, ensure that you meet the declaration requirements below before moving forward with the request form.

Declaration Requirements:

  • Complete CJUS 1100/1511 with a grade of C or better, within 2 attempts.
  • Cumulative 2.0 GPA
  • 24 credit hours completed.

Once you have reviewed these program requirements, online education implications, and declaration requirements, please complete the Change of Major form to be considered for the program.
